Welcome to Park Inn Hotel Prague. For your convenience we would like to offer you our transfer service from airport Prague – Ruzyne to Park Inn Hotel Prague and/or vice-versa. In case of interest please complete necessary information bellow.

Transfer is provided with car Škoda Superb, for larger groups (5-8 persons) is used a car Mercedes Vito. All cars are equipped with air-condition and all our drivers speak English.

After filling in your request you will receive a confirmation on your e-mail address.

The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall of the terminal you will be landing at selected time. Driver will be holding a sign with your name. In case you will not see a driver, please contact Front Desk on phone +420 225 995 225 and we will contact the driver. Actual time of your arrival can be changed due to service condition of Air Company or airport and can be changed from your ordered time.

Our drivers are checking flight details from public on line sources; however please be patient – mainly with flights where arrival is earlier then ordered. We kindly advise you that in case you do not use ordered service we will fully charge the cost to your hotel bill.

Payment of the transfer service will be automatically charged to your hotel bill which is paid upon your check-out. You can also pay directly to the driver cash or by credit card.

Reservation has to be cancelled at least 2 hours before ordered car arrival, in other case you will be charged 100% payment fee for this service. Cancellation can be done by phone on number +420 225 995 225 or e-mail frontoffice.prague@rezidorparkinn.com. You will receive a cancellation notification on your e-mail. Please be aware to cancel your transfer reservation as well when cancelling your accommodation.
